We’ve raised another $100 for Never Again Action! Thank you so much to everyone who’s contributed! As your reward, we’ve got a brand new song by The Belle Curves!
I can best describe the Long Island-based band as garage queer country — as you can see in their new song “Spent.” Delaney Hafener, the band’s frontperson, is deeply rooted in queer country history, making me excited about this new generation of queer country artists. (I am learning that in music, a generation is ten years.) “Spent” is a crunchy indie rocker that will make you yearn for the summer — and summer yearning.
We’re releasing a new video for every $100 we raise for Never Again Action! Next up is a brand new song by Karen and the Sorrows! Donate here! And/or, sign this petition demanding that Biden cancel the government’s private contracts with ICE vendors, something he promised he would do, could do this very second, and has not done yet.
